When I step on my yoga mat,  I’m looking to connect on a deeper level with both myself and others. It is my goal for my clients to feel the safety, compassion, support, and sense of community through my practices of yoga, reiki, dowsing and energy healing. Join me!

Yoga Classes

ANGELINA’S APPROACH

Yoga classes can be held practically any time at any place.

Angelina’s yoga classes are customised to suit your individual or company’s philosophies, needs and requirements and range from the slow and meditative to energising, fun and active.

When doing an individual assessment:

  • Assessment –including medical history, injuries, medications etc
  • Create a comprehensive plan incorporating a yoga sequence, diet plan
    and any other required programs such as meditation/breathing
    techniques, which can be modified as we observe progress
  • Work one on one to improve physical, mental and spiritual health. (mind body spirit)
